I am grateful for the care my children receive from every doctor at Forest Lane Pediatrics! We moved so just shifted to the Dallas office- and are thrilled with our new primary pediatrician! She engages the children and immediately makes them at ease. She spent time with us ensuring we were heard and caring for both children so well, they love Dr. Copeland! The nurses take great care, especially during the hard stuff (injections and blood draw!) THANK YOU!

Dr. Mitchell is exceptional! As a first time parent, he doesn’t makes us feel like any question or concern is too small or silly . He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. We 100% trust him and his recommendations for care of our newborn and would recommend him a 1000x.

I’ve been taking my children to Forest Lane Pediatrics for over nine years and have nothing but positive things to say about them! The staff is always friendly, it’s easy to make appointments (even on Saturdays), and they’ve always been very responsive if I’ve had to call after hours. Dr. Straughn & Dr. Wilson are wonderful, but I’ve had a great experience with every doctor my kids have seen there!

We absolutely love Dr Copeland. She was my son’s pediatrician from birth till he turned 14months. She was always available, she took her time to answer questions and provide great explanations and teaching as needed. We had to change pediatrician due to insurance change and I just hope I can get another Dr that would be half as great as she is. Thank you Dr Copeland you are very appreciated! We appreciate everyone at the front desk too and the nurses. They are so friendly and nice. Never had a bad experience with them.

Horrible Billing Process! My daughter was visited by Dr. Clark at the hospital and they kept sending bills. I had two insurances and they never send any claims to any of my insurances. The interesting part is, they put the responsibility of contacting the insurance on you! They claimed that they have sent the bill to insurance but when I contacted my insurances they said they have never received any claims by this pediatric center. When I called their office again, I figured out that they had my daughter’s name wrong. They kept sending the bills to me again and when I called them to see why, they said they are not going to resubmit the bills to the insurances and I have to pay it. Very unfair that I paid $200 for their mistake and lazy staff that cannot do their own job correctly.

They are the best practice. We have been with Dr Mitchell for 14 years. We drive over an hour to see him. All of their Doctors are amazing. They actually listen and I never have a problem getting an appointment.

Highly recommend! Dr Lee made me snd my spouse feel so comfortable with our decision from the time we met him in the hospital. The office staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our first time visit with Dr. Adrian Clarke for an annual examination for our 8 year old son was a great experience. Our overall interaction with Dr. Clarke was superb. His "bed side manners", attention to detail including his knowledge and expertise made us feel like we had known him for a while. As a parent, I especially appreciated the fact that it was evident he took the time to read though the information we provided about our son's medical history. Our son was very comfortable to be in conversation with him. Friendliness and genuine care makes a huge difference even with a basic "well child" visit to complete school required forms. I'm so glad we found him and highly recommend him. All the staff were friendly and helpful as well.
